Worship leader training center
Don't Miss These Upcoming Netcourses at
the Worship Leader Training Center!

On March 1, 2007, the Worship Leader Training Center launched with our first-ever Netcourse -- Song DISCovery Live. It was a solid start for the suite of online tools that are sure to bless anyone involved in worship leadership.

It is our desire to offer the best tools, ideas and resources for our readers and customers, and the newest way that we are making this a reality is through a series of Worship Leader Netcourses.  Classes that are interactive and take place via the Internet, Netcourses offer the most accessible high-quality training available in the skills worship leaders need to lead their congregations.

Sign up today for these three upcoming Netcourses:

Thursday, March 15, Kent Morris will be teaching in the Technology Track.  "An End to the Volume Wars" will demonstrate the best ways to resolve the volume issue. Does every service start loud and get louder? Are the monitors blaring, yet the band can't hear enough to play together?  Kent will explore practical solutions to these issues, from proper mixing techniques to in-ear and personal monitors.

Tuesday, March 20, Pastor Scotty Smith will be teaching in the Biblical Vision of Worship Track.  “The Continuums of Worship: Giving God the Worship He Deserves & in Which He Delights” will tackle the critical issue of discerning and delivering to God the worship in which He delights and for which He longs. By examining several of the continuums of worship given to us in the Scriptures (such as worship is to be “in truth and in spirit”), we will build a grid which can be faithfully applied to every local church regardless of its worship aesthetic and style -- traditional, contemporary, blended, ancient/future, postmodern, etc.

Thursday, March 22, David M. Edwards will be teaching in the Character & Leadership Track on "Ground Rules for Worship Leaders." In this Netcourse we will be dealing with points of accountability for worship leaders and worship teams. We will lady down some perimeters and ground rules so that every one on your worship team is operating from the same page and understands what's being asked of them before they sign up.
